I’m sure you’ve used WhatsApp before, it’s the world’s most popular messaging app with 1.5 billion users, but you probably haven’t tried WhatsApp Business yet. We are here to provide you with one of the following large platforms that companies can use to create value.
What is WhatsApp Business?
Launched in early 2018, WhatsApp Business is an Android app for SMB owners. There are rumors that the iOS version has been released for a few months, but today we have checked the app store, but it is still unresolved, so stay tuned for Apple users!
WhatsApp Business makes it easy for companies to connect with customers and build loyalty, which is important today. Much like WhatsApp you already know and love, just with some extra features that make it compatible with business.
- Instead of personal information, you have a verified company profile that includes company addresses, emails, and website links.
- You can also view statistics that measure the rate at which messages are opened/read and use tools that simplify your response to your customers.
WHY USE IT?
The number exists There are many topics about marketing Facebook Messenger, but WhatsApp is more important than Facebook Messenger. This is one way to take advantage of WhatsApp’s 1.5 billion users (1 billion active users per day)!

There are several ways to use WhatsApp Business, here are some of our main recommendations. It’s new and constantly evolving, so please share with us anything you might have tried.
1. WhatsApp Stories
Use the WhatsApp Status feature to post updates that disappear after 24 hours, similar to Snapchat and Instagram stories. There are already 450 million people using WhatsApp Status, more than the number of active people in Snapchat.
We’d like to use the story to post more personal videos, like “Behind the Scenes” and “Meet the Team” to build a personal style. Please note that you must first create an audience. If you don’t have a connection to view the story, it doesn’t make sense!
The story on WhatsApp is likely to grow; although only 35% of users a day are publishing news right now, there’s no reason to let more people realize you can do it!
2. WhatsApp Business – An Extension Of Your Customer Support
Create a few hours of available time each week, then spend it on social platforms and other sites. Encourage customers to contact you using WhatsApp, and you can provide real-time support.
The downside to this is that support can only be managed by one person because you can only link one phone number to your WhatsApp Business account. A good way to solve this problem is to stay online for only a few hours and set a “leave” message at other times.
When you start using WhatsApp Business, it’s best to talk to your loyal customers instead of trying to gather a large number of customer contacts. Since you don’t want to be spam, try to focus your email on customers that they already build and care about. They are more willing to receive messages and informal conversations from new and existing customers. In addition, you may know certain preferences for loyal customers, so it is easy to contact them.
You may re-store the product line and see some customers who have purchased or expressed interest in the product. Send them regular messages on WhatsApp. Because it is a personal message, not a large amount of email, it is not considered spoofed.

HOW TO SET UP WHATSAPP BUSINESS
First, download WhatsApp Business. Sorry for iPhone users, but currently for Android only.
Next, confirm the phone number you want to use.
Each WhatsApp account needs its own unique phone number. Unfortunately, this means that you cannot use the same regular WhatsApp account and WhatsApp trading account at the same time. You can move the conversation from WhatsApp to the platform, but you won’t be able to switch back, so be careful.
Set your company name and create a profile by clicking the “More options” button (usually shown as Create on Android phones) [icon name = “long-arrow-right” class = “” unprefixed_class = “”] ” Settings’ [ icon name = “long-arrow-right” class = “” unprefixed_class = “”] “Business Settings” [icon name = “long-arrow-right” class = “” unprefixed_class = “”] ‘Profile’.
Once you’ve completed these steps, you’re ready to start using your company profile!
Keep in mind that in order to meet the requirements of GDP, you must first obtain permission from the user and then contact them – in other words, only send messages to those who first sent you a message or sent their phone number and contact details explicitly.
